What this site is
This site helps Southern California homeowners compare two ways to sell:
- a cash sale, where Alex Gonzalez may be the buyer, purchasing for his own account through Synergy Real Estate Group; and
- an open-market sale, where Alex may be your listing agent through MGR Real Estate.
Alex Gonzalez is a California Real Estate Broker, DRE #01384006. How Alex is paid on each path, and when a referral fee may apply, is explained on our Licensing, Relationships and Compensation page.
What this site is not
The information on this site is general. It is not:
- legal, tax, financial, lending or foreclosure-rescue advice
- an appraisal, a valuation or an offer to buy your property
- a promise of any price, offer, timeline, foreclosure outcome or closing
Using the site or sending a request does not, by itself, create an agency relationship, a listing agreement or any contract to buy or sell. Those begin only with a separate written agreement. When Alex is the buyer, he is a principal, not your agent, and you are free to have your own agent or attorney review any offer.
