Who we are
This website, sellyourhomefastsocal.com, is run by Alex Gonzalez, a California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01384006). Alex works in two ways, and both are described on this site:
- On a cash sale, Alex may be the buyer, purchasing for his own account through Synergy Real Estate Group, a DBA of Pacific Residential Realty, Inc.
- On an open-market sale, Alex may be your listing agent through MGR Real Estate.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Alex Gonzalez and Synergy Real Estate Group. For questions about this policy or your information, call or text (310) 365-9450 or use the request form and write “Privacy request” in the details box. This policy covers this website only. What we collect
When you request a property evaluation. The form asks for:
- your first and last name
- your email address and phone number
- the property address (street, city, state and ZIP code)
- the property’s condition, who lives there, your situation and your timeline
- which path you’re interested in (a cash offer, an open-market sale, or not sure yet)
- your preferred language
- anything else you choose to tell us in the “Additional details” box
The form also records that you agreed to this Privacy Policy and read the relationship disclosure, whether you ticked the optional box about calls and text messages, and the page you sent it from.
When you book a call. The booking page asks for the details needed to schedule it, such as your name, email, phone number and a time.
When you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
When you visit the site. Our hosting and security providers automatically receive basic technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They use it to deliver the page and protect the site. If you accept cookies in our banner, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also collect information about how you use the site. Please don’t send us Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, or copies of legal documents through the website.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- review your property and situation and reply to you
- prepare a cash offer, or explain an open-market sale, if you ask for one
- send you a confirmation email with a link to book a call
- call you about your request, if you agreed to be contacted
- keep a record of your request and the disclosures you agreed to
We use analytics information, only if you accepted cookies, to see which pages are useful and to fix problems. We don’t send your form answers to analytics tools.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share your information only:
- With MGR Real Estate, if you choose an open-market sale with Alex as your listing agent.
- With a partner brokerage, if your property is outside the area Alex serves directly and you agree to a referral. That brokerage then handles your information under its own policies.
- With other investors in Alex’s network, only if you agree first.
- With our service providers, companies that help us run the website and handle requests, such as our web host, our security and content-delivery provider, our form software, the system that receives and manages requests, and our email service. With your consent, Google and Microsoft also provide analytics. Providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
How we protect it
Only Alex and the people who help him handle requests can see form answers. Our providers use standard security measures. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive financial or legal documents through the site.
How long we keep it
- Requests that don’t lead to a sale: deleted 24 months after we receive them.
- Requests that lead to a sale or listing: kept with the transaction file for at least three years, or longer if California real estate rules require.
- Requests to stop contacting you: kept so we keep honoring them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call or text (310) 365-9450, or use the request form and write “Privacy request” in the details box. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting. We aim to reply within 10 business days. We may keep information the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records. You don’t have to fill out a form to read anything on this site.
Cookies and analytics
Our cookie banner doesn’t load analytics until you accept. You can change your choice at any time from the banner’s settings. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Children
This site is for property owners and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. We won’t use information collected under an earlier version in a way that’s materially different from what that version said, unless you agree.
